Return Policy

The Return Policy is only based on following criteria;

  • Damaged Goods
  • Faulty Goods
  • Incorrect Goods

In all the above cases the company will provide our customer with new same product or refund the payment in case there will be no availability of the same or ordered products.

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Leather Expressions within 3 days to determine the cause and its eligibility to return. Leather Expressions is not responsible for paying shipment or any sort of costs paid by the customer for the delivery of the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. In other words, Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the they can be re-sold, as new (including any tags, packaging, boxes etc) as they are deemed part of the product, without any additional work on the part of Leather Expressions. We will not accept products with self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc., or worn, washed, stained, altered, misused or abuse products, or products smelling of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions or other fragrances and/or odors.Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods only, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

Leather Expressions reserve the right to dispute any damaged product claim, if, after our inspection of the product, we determine the defect is not due to manufacture error, but was caused by self-generation, or the misuse or abuse of the product by the customer. Leather Expressions reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened;

Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.

Returns Must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Not appear to have been worn, washed or used.
  • Be received by our customer care department within fourteen days from their delivery date.

Returns Must Not:

  • Be altered or damaged due to customer misuse or abuse.
  • Have self-generated rips, tears, snags, stains, etc, due to customer misuse or abuse.
  • Smell of smoke, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or any other fragrances or odors.

The shipping charges to send back the product to our company will have to bear by the customer.

Items on sale, discounted items or items purchased using a promotional code are not entitled for return,refund and exchange.

The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure that there is no damage t

the items or boxes when you return the products. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on return crieteria as mentioned above. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Charges

For all returned goods, Leather Expressions will not be responsible for any sort of shipping charges or taxes. You (Customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of actual shipping will be deducted from your refund if paid by Leather Expressions initially. If the return is a result of our error such as if we sent you the wrong item then we will pay for re-delivery of the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However when we send exchange items we will issue you a tracking number so you can track the parcel.

If you are shipping an item over US$50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
